So another ounce is gone and I am no longer in the 50's(Barely) 49.9... I'll take it... so I have a doctors appointment today as well as need to get nails and hair done and fined an oufit to wear for tomorrow.. What are your wins today??? We have to celebrate small wins as they lead to larger wins... Have a wonderful day and weekend... Remember we must stay FOCUSED!!!
