How was the Holiday

So how was your holiday? Mine was cool I went and seen my mom to celebrate her 102 birthday went to a cookout... had one at my house for the kids and went to see the fireworks... I really couldn't eat much but I am happy about that as I am down 2 more lbs... 285 even... 30 lbs total that I am down...I have been trying to get this extra weight off for a while now... so glad that I made the decision to have the revision as I could get the weight to go anywhere... and I only have 1 more pound to go for this week!!! How are you guys doing? Have you set goals for yourself? How are they working out for you? Hope that you all are getting the weight off and let's make good decisions so that we can keep it off... I am a living testimony on how not doing the right thing can be bad for your weight loss journey. Happy Humpday everyone enjoy your day!
