Thankful Thursday

Hey OH how are you guys doing today? Well I am down 3 more lbs and I am sooo thankful I am back on track...I have already kissed 300 goodby now to kissed 290 goodbye.... one more lb to go and I will be able to say that... watching the ounces and lbs go away helps me to stay focused it ... I went ahead and cut the stiches out myself... and I feel so much better that they are out... today I have a lot of videos to create so that I can schedule them out on IG for my clients but I am going to get my walk in on the treadmill and my chair exercises in... so what is on your agenda for today?
