Morning OH

Gooooood Morning... I am so happy with myself I can Jump for joy... weight is coming OFFFF... whooohooo... another lb kicked the bucket today...I am weighing every morning... I know that is not good but right now seeing those ounces come off is just satisfying and keeping me motivated...tomorrow I go to the doctor and get my stiches out so that will be another milestone for me...I am officially 9 days post op and feeling GOOD... I went to Pompeii Surgical for my revision and I am so glad I did... well it's back to the grind... today my goal is to do my chair exercises and 10 minutes on the treadmill or walk in the park... we will see what the weather makes me do. What are your plans for today?
