GNC Vendor

There are a million different flavors. I love white chocolate and have it every day. It's $57.99 at Vitacost.com for the 70 serving container and if you get ebates you save even more. They have chocolate mint, cookies & cream, cake batter, the list goes on and on. This is really good for a post work out as well. 1 fat, 4 carbs, 24 protein. Very good stuff. I've been using it for years and can't recommend it highly enough.

GNC Total Lean 25
One of the shakes I was allowed to have on my preop diet. Got the rich chocolate and cookies and cream (taste like vanilla). It was good. I had to get my dietary shakes really quickly and GNC was easy access. They told me if I didn't like them I could return for a full refund. A little pricy but it has a lot of fiber to keep me from being constipated. Both tubs should last me for my two week preop diet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste; it was very good. I like the Vanilla Bean and the Chocolate. I didn't really care for the Strawberry. Only 170 cal, 25gm Protein, 3gm fiber, only 2gm sugars and 25% of daily vitamin requirement.
I will be using these as my main protein drink. The ready to go shakes are so convenient and the GNC guy said if you buy a case of RTG shakes you actually end up with about 2 more shakes than if you buy the cannister!

I really loved the taste of the chocolate powder, I think it is as close as one can get to chocolate milk as possible! The vanilla was not so good however, it had a thick glue-like taste. I have not tried the Strawberry Banana, but once I do I will be back to review :-)

They have 9grams of protein and all the important essential vitamins and minerals. The chocolate hands down is the best. If you try the strawberry blend fresh/frozen fruit with it; believe me it makes the difference. The vanilla is aweful so if you get that to try do one scoop vanilla and one scoop chocolate. Overall, its a very filling mean replacement.
