I drink this form of protein when I do not have time to mix up the powder form. It is rather sweet in taste besides that it is good. I buy the French Vanilla flavor.

Strawberry Cream Is the best tasting Protien Shake I have tasted it is light and it tastes like strawberry milk. Has 25g of protien and 25 vitamins.

i just love this... i make it like swiss miss hot chocolate and its sooooo yummy! i was using a pack of equal in it but now i am used to the not so sweet taste .
