Dr. Bolton is a man of his word, high integrity, and total focus. I met Dr. Bolton many years ago. I have had the opportunity to see him work in many different settings with large and small groups of people before joining our practice as the Medical Director of Mental Health. Working with Dr. Bolton both personally and in a group setting has given me so many tools, the gift of knowing when to be quiet and learning to find my voice after years of holding it deep inside.
Dr. Bolton has provided a safe place for me to ask questions, learn about myself and fail forward while building my confidence.
I am grateful that Dr. Bolton joined our practice.
