I want to thank Dr. Mariotti and his staff for the excellent care and concern I was given prior to surgery and after surgery.
I had gastric by-pass surgery approximately 18 months prior to my tummy tuck, removal of excess tissue on the abdomen, liposuction on thighs and hips, breast augmentation and breast lift.
I was referred to Dr. Mariotti by my bariatric surgeon, Dr. Asbun, who stated that Dr. Mariotti was one of the best reconstruction surgeons in his field. I found this to be absolutely true, considering the excellent outcome of my surgery. My breasts are perfectly formed and exactly how he explained they would look. The liposuction, tummy tuck, and removal of excess tissue of my abdomen made such a difference in the way I look and feel. People have a hard time believing it is me.....I am now looking forward to this December, when I will have a lower body lift and arm lift.
I also want to state that his staff is very professional and accurate when it comes to following up on your healing process and also regarding insurance coverage.
I teach in the medical field and have told his staff as well as shared with my students that Dr. Mariotti's staff is the perfect example of how a medical staff should respond to patients' needs and concerns.

Dr. Mariotti did my tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation in Jan.05 which was 2 1/2 years after my gastric bypass and after I had lost 170 lbs. He was the 2nd surgeon that I had met with and I found Dr. Mariotti to be a very caring and compasionate doctor with a great empathy for what I had gone through. He gave me an honest evaluation of what he thought should be done and how he could help me as well as what he thought I didn't need. I ended up having skin removed all the way around my waist (approx. 6 inches) and I have very minimal scaring (it is still fading every month that passes). My new belly button is perfect and in the exact place it should be. The price he quoted me was reasonable (with no hidden charges). I highly recommend Dr. Mariotti to anyone that is looking for a competent and skilled plastic surgeon. He is genuine and honestly cares about his patients. I would use him again if the need arises.

It has been a little over a year and a half since my tummy tuck and arm lift and I am thrilled with the results. The after care I have received by Dr. Mariotti has been wonderful. Any questions I have are answered immediately and the entire office staff is extremely caring. There are areas along my incision lines that have faded so much that they are not visible if you are more than a foot away from me. I look better than I ever imagined I would.

What can I say...Dr. Mariotti is the best. I was sooo nervous about my first appointment(and it did not help that he is very good looking), but he said it would be painless and it was.(He even said he would give me $5 if I was uncomfortable in any way :o) I had a tummy tuck, my batwings removed, and some liposuction. I cannot believe the results. The actual procedure could not have gone smoother and I was very well taken care of at the surgery center. Dr. Mariotti's staff is superior. They always made me feel right at home, yet very professional. A most excellent experience!!

Lets start with I can not Thank him enough. He is wounderful. He made me look great. People meet me and can't even believe that I was ever 400 lbs. I am now 200lbs and 6 feet tall. I look great thanks to Dr. Marriotti. I used to be size 32 before wls and now after weight loss and Plastic I am now size 12. I could not have asked for a better Dr. he went far far beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Not only was he always looking out for my best outlook but always willing to help me with the insc thing too. I drove 3 hrs to see him and would drive even farther. He always calls back and he has customers sevice down. When he is not around and in surgery his office staff will do every thing to help you no matter how busy they are. Monica who runs the front dask makes you feel like she is always happy to hear from you and you are never putting her out. Veronica will set up you surgery date and expain where to go and do the insc work. They are so so efficent there. I never had to call and remind them about anything. The whole staff made my experience great. Dr. Marriotti makes you feel so comfortable with a very sensitive issue. I never felt weird about my body I always felt so comfortable. He is very professional. I hope you let him transform you and that you have as great as an experience as I did. I have not doubt in my mind you will fell the same. He was very good at listening to what I wanted the outcome of surgery to be and explained what I could expect. Dr. Mariotti did not try to "sell" me on having things done. He even told me that certain things would not even be worthwhile in my case because I wouldn't see too much of a difference. His office staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Overall I would recommend him to anyone, not only because of his expertise, but also for the way he makes you feels comfortable.
