Within the first 2 minutes of talking with Dr. Mariotti I knew he was the plastic surgeon I wanted.  He was caring and answered all my questions.  He never once made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed.  I couldn't be more happy with the results of my surgery!  I would recommend Dr. Mariotti to any and everyone I know.  He is an excellent surgeon, in my opinion, because he is a perfectionist and an artist.  He is truely gifted.  I have seen the results of others who have had someone else do their surgery and am soooo happy to have been blessed to have the surgeon I did.  He has his own team he always uses when he does his surgery.  They are all excellent and extremely caring.  The after care I received was unbelievable.  I felt like I was the most important person in the world.  They called me, gave me their personal cell phone numbers to reach them day or night with any concerns I may have.  Never once did they make me feel that I was in any way inconveniencing them.  I could go on and on, but I won't.  If you have any questions, you can call the office and make an appointment for a FREE consultation.  If you choose to go ahead and have Dr. Mariotti do your reconstructive surgery, I know you will be as happy and excited as I am with your results and care. Dr Mariotti has a passion for helping patients before and after major weight loss. He was very sensative to my concerns and made the process a very comfortable one. I also appreciated his honesty.

Dr Mariotti was fantastic, his office staff was fantastic, the surgery center where my tummy tuck was performed was fabulous, as was the staff there. I had a wonderful experience, beginning to end, and would recommend Dr. Mariotti to anyone considering plastic surgery.

This was my second experience with recontructive surgery post wls. My two experiences were with 2 different groups of providers/MD's. I delayed having my latest reconstruction as a result of the less than positive experience I had with another provider. I have been thrilled with my experience under the care of Dr. Mariotti and his team. As a wls patient, I believe that we have very special needs when it comes to post reconstructive surgery expectations. I felt that Dr. Mariotti was able to connect with me on that level and address those needs unique to my situation and as a result I could not be happier with my surgical outcome. Thank you Dr. M for giving me a second chance at the body I was denied as a result of my illness. You are truly an artist.

Dr Mariotti has given me back my self confidience. I had lost 165 pounds and at 54 I did not have elastic skin any more. He did such an awesome job on getting all my loose areas tightened up and he was gental and understanding as was all of his staff his PA Sarah is awesome too.I never felt uncomfortable with the Doctor and I was alway uncomfortable with my body now I am not...I have better breasts than when I was 15...maybe even a better body. Anyway I thank Dr Mariotti and Sarah for making me who I am today.

Dr. Mariotti did my butt lift and breast augmentation just 9 days ago. I feel and look great, no longer is my butt touching the back of my knees and my breasts actually point forward for the first time in several years. Everything is smooth and even in size. Alot of my swelling has already gone down and I am just amazed at the difference I can already see in my body. Dr. Mariotti and his staff are the best. Dr. Mariotti will take the time needed to explain everything to his patients and will answer all questions asked. I had my tummy tuck and arm lift done 3 years ago and still receive support from Dr. Mariotti, Sarah, Alicia and the rest of the staff along with a willingness to answer any question relating to those procedures as well. I was referred to Dr. Mariotti by my gastric bypass surgeon as well as a friend of mine who had a breast reduction. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Mariotti and his entire staff (especially Sarah!) He's top notch - from his surgical skills to his bedside manner. I lost 110 lbs about 3-1/2 years ago and decided it was time to put the final touches on my new body. In October 2005, I had a tummy tuck and breast lift. I am extremely pleased with the results!! I plan to see Dr. Mariotti for more procedures in the future. I've recommended him to many friends and family who have scheduled their procedures.

I had RNY Surgery on Sept. 2, 2002 and lost 170 lbs over the following 18 months. I didn't consider plastic surgery until almost 2 1/2 years post RNY surgery. I chose Dr. Mariotti after meeting with several plastic surgeons in the Bay Area and finding all others to be insensitive to obesity issues. Dr. Mariotti was not only a refreshing change but he is honestly a caring individual. I first had a breast lift and tummy tuck which turned into a full body lift. He is a remarkable and talented surgeon and the scars were minimal, even and strategically located. I also had him do a thigh plasty to remove the excess skin on my upper thighs and again...a remarkable result. I would (and do) reccommend him to every person who is looking for any kind of plastic surgery but especially where there has been massive weight loss involved. Dr. Mariotti and his staff are caring, talented, and well worth the trust you place in their hands.

One year after my bariatric surgery I saw Dr Mariotti. I chose him because I actually saw the final work he had done on two of my co workers. One had breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy and the other, like me, had a breast reduction and abdomioplasty. The results I saw on them were outstanding. I am a nurse and heard comments from other doctors regarding the superior quality of Dr Mariotti's work. I could not believe the high quality even when I actually saw it. I had to use him for my surgery. In addition to having the breast reduction and abdominoplasty I also had my arms reduced (bat wings), my neck tightened, and my eyelids done. These were over two surgical visits. I was and still am very impressed by his work even nine months later. He is very knowledgable and patient each step of the way. He is very realistic and thorough. My final product was exactly as he said it would be. His office staff is also first class. No problem too big or too small and every time in a timely manner. Shortly I am having my third and last surgery, a thigh lift. I don't even feel as though I'm facing surgery let alone for the third time. I have full confidence that the quality will be superior and my care will be outstanding. Thank You Dr Mariotti!

MY BODY LOOKS AWESOME!!! On 7/6/05 I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lift, and liposuction on my hips and lower back. I have never looked so good. Dr. Marriotti and his staff were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous on my first visit. I was so ashamed to show the parts of my body that I hated the most to "such a good looking guy". But Dr. M made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had WLS in 5/03 and have lost 112 pounds. Dr. M was very knowlegable about how to treat WLS patients and he was very sensitive to the feelings that go along with that and our body image issues. Sarah (Dr. M's new asst)is really awesome. She is so nice and gentle. My husband says he feels like he is cheating on me with another woman. My body is so different. It is GREAT!! Thanks to Dr. M, Monica, Sara and the rest of the staff.
