Joan Weinstein, Physician Assistant Joan Weinstein, PA is a surgical Physician’s Assistants for Obesity Treatment Centers of New Jersey. She works directly with Dr. Nusbaum and also assists in performing banding adjustments. In addition, she assists with patient education, examinations, and follow up.
