Laura L Other Receptionist

Laura was raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from CMR and currently has worked for Dr. Rohrer for nearly nine years. She brings a vast amount of experience to the office as she has worked and managed her father’s medical practice as well as worked for the Great Falls Clinic and a couple of local dental offices. Her emphasis is insurance billing and managing patient accounts and she has a high success rate of appealing insurance denials for payment.

Laura has received specialized training from Allergan and has passed a series of examinations and given the designation of a Lap-Band Total Care Champion in June 2008. This designation recognizes expertise in the Lap-Band Total Care Program, which sets the standard for best practices in patient care and enables her to answer most questions related to the Lap-Band. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the office as she performs multiple tasks from taking patient calls to making appointments and scheduling surgery. Her number one priority is you the patient and it is evident from the moment you speak with her.

She enjoys many activities and is very active with her local church and donates her time to any cause that needs her. She is an excellent cook and on the side has her own catering business. She and her husband have raised two children and have one mini dauschund that goes everywhere with them.
