United Hospital Bariatric Center Hospital

I was in the hospital for 3 nights and 4 days. Everyone on staff made me feel right at home. The nursing staff was excellent and I couldn't have had a better expierince. Thank you to everyone there!

The staff was great. I only ran across 2 post op nurses who seemed newer and not too helpful/comfortable with a overweight person. Everyone else was awesome!!!!

Everyone was very attentive. The only real complaint was that there should be have better grab bars in the bathrooms for overweight patients. it was hard for me to get up off the toilet, and that made me more dependent on staff, which I didn't like.

The nurses were great as well as the aides. Some days there were students helping out and that was fine. One day I opted not to have nursing students help with my care and it was respected.

Only problem I had was the amount of times they took my blood sugar readings! Seemed like once an hour!

Good people at United. Pleasant stay.

I would have to say there was one nurse that didn't know what she was doing at all and I did make an complaint about her.

I feel that this hospital was a good place to have this surgery done at. The nurses were good with the exception of 1 or 2. The noise level was high so I had to keep my door closed when trying to rest. Would go back though if needed.

The staff was exceptional, they were kind, caring, and compasionate. They helped me when I needed it and were not overly intrusive. All I can say is thank you!

Once again I was very pleased with United. It had been 16 years since I had been there as a patient, and I was very pleased with the nurses and staff just I had been way back then. I felt like they were all helpful and pleasant, answered my questions and concerns. I was very happy with this selection.
