Honestly my first opinion was that Dr. Wynn had no feeling in her, her stare was blank and that she knew nothing about what i was going through. My impression changed because right before she surgery i was having a hard time losing my required weight loss and she told me how she could help me and she said that she will see me in the hospital, and she gave me much hope for the future. Most of the office staff was very friendly and helpful, there were a few that i thought needed more training or needed to just not be there....I wish i never had those thoughts about Dr. Wynn because she turned out to be a really great doctor. Future patients should know that Dr. Wynn is very caring and wants her patients to have a long lasting and healthy life. She really pushes aftercare instructions and has you sign papers that you understand your responsibilties as a patient for the sucess of your surgery and weight loss. She was honest and came out and told me on the first visit and last visit of all the risks associated with surgery. Very patient and understanding overall, both surgical competence and bedside manner were great.

Dr Gail Wynn and the group at CHRIAS are truly the best. I don't have a lot nice to say about the office staff but as far as the physicians they are great. Dr Wynn makes sure she answers all of your questions and informs you of all the risk and procedures you will have done. I would say her surgical skills and bedside manner are superb.

I met Dr. Wynn once. I went with my mother to one of her follow-ups. Dr. Wynn is so sweet! She's very concerned about her patients and I can't wait to have my own personal experience with her.

My first impression of Dr Iragau was that he seemed very kind and concerned. He was very straight forward so I always knew where I stood with him, even if he was unpleased. But he was never rude or uncaring, which is always a good feeling to get from your doctor. My views of him are very high right now and I don't believe they will change. The staff in his office are very nice people as well. The things I liked least where, I didn’t see the doctor that much before the actual surgery. I believe I spent about 1 hour total with him before the surgery and that is being a little generous. Also it sometimes took longer than expected to hear from office staff on certain paperwork and phone messages. I thought I had popped a stitch on a Sunday so I called Monday morning but I didn't hear back until Tuesday morning. I thought they would have gotten back a little sooner for that kind of issue. The after care with the group is all explained during the process of getting clearance and briefly in the pre operative meeting. The office takes a one step at a time approach, I think to not overwhelm or scare people. They give you all the information you will need until the next time you see the doctor. As of today I am one week after surgery and I’m clear on the things that I have to do until my next appointments. I rate Dr. Iragau very high I would say about 9.7 out of 10. He and his staff have been wonderful and have also been great with my insurance rush crisis. Dr. Iragau is one of the top rated surgeons in this field for Delaware so that is awesome, and his bedside manor was also wonderful for the little time I did see him. I have no complaints overall. The Dr. and office are great.

I have to admit that I was a little upset with Dr. Irgau and his staff when I was denied surgery the day before surgery back in July 2005, but 18 months later I realize it was not his fault that I had a crappy insurance. Now that I have a new insurance and a surgery date of Dec. 5th I'm sticking with Dr. Irgau because he is the man to get the job done this time.

My consult is set for December 8. I am excited to meet Dr Wynn, I have heard nothing but nice things about her.

Dr Irgau is a kind gentle man. He was very informative at our first meeting and always patient with my numerous questions and \"why's\". My first post op app is Nov 30th.rnrnHis office staff was always polite and helpful. That to me is important.

When I first met Dr. Irgau, he tried to talk me out of having the Lap-RNY because of my history of heart disease and having used aspirin and Plavix for so many years. He was afraid of bleeding and ulcers. I told him I was willing to take the increased risk in order to decrease my chances of ever gaining the weight back, which will kill me just as quick, if not quicker. He wanted me to consider the LapBand. Ultimately, I chose the RNY.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Irgau. He was very understanding and explained everything in great detail. His office staff has worked with me every step of the way for my clearance appt's, only one left.

My first impression of him was ........he's kind, caring and very informative, and overtime that did not change Dr.Irgau is a very, very nice guy he cares and it shows, his staff is kind and attentive and they make a great team in my opinion, he answers questions in ways that you understand he makes direct eye contact which is important,he really emphasizes aftercare and seems to have a well structured aftercare program which I will soon experience, overall I rate him and his staff as excellent, and I'd refer them to anyone in this area considering bariatric surgery.
