Renaissance Hospital - Dallas Hospital

I didn't feel safe in this hospital. There were many entrances and exits. No secturity controlling who came in and out of the hospital. The place was old and in a really awful part of town. There were some great nurses, but alot of the staff was rude. I really hated this place.

The staff at this place went above and beyond in all there care. You are never trated as a pt, but as a person. there is no condisention, no remarks. They are amazing here. I recommend this hospital to anyone.

The facilities were clean. The room was a private spacious room with a semi-private rate. The room had a large leather couch and chair which allowed my husband to spend the night comfortably with me. The nurses were always very quick to respond when I needed assistance. They encouraged me when I was in pain and were always helpful and friendly.

They are very helpful and their staff literally walk you were you need to go so that you wouldn't be lost.

It was very good overall.

I felt like I was the only one there. The nurses were GREAT!!! I had the most wonderful nurse, Jewel, that took care of me during the night. I work in hospitals and feel like I have really high standards and this really surprised me. WONDERFUL!!

Overall, I felt that Renaissance is a very good hospital. I do wish that they would have explained to me about the pain button a bit more because I didn't know I could use it whenever. The staff was very courteous while I was resting & hardly made a sound. The nurses were right there when I had to push the call button. I never had to wait. It was a pleasant stay.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the hospital and staff were. If I were to do everything over I would choose them.

You will love the nurses at this hospital. They were professional, curtious and very helpful with everything.
