The hospital was great about everything aspect of my stay it staff was one of the best that i have every been around.

Sometimes the nurses didn't respond to my page in a timely fashion (for IV leakage issues) and it appeared that all the staff loaded themselves down with fragrance, which when you are ill, sometimes a variety of smells makes you nasauated.

I was hesitant about this hospital due to the location of the facility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was wonderful, caring and attentive to my needs. The hospital was spotless and so clean. The private bathrooms resembled a hotel setting as the toliet tissue edge was even smartly folded. The bariatric surgery area was isolated from the rest of the hospital which meant less chance of patient exposure to other illness and sickness.

Had my own private room with a couch and a huge chair both comfy, which allowed my mom and sis to stay with me overnight. The staff was EXCELLENT! In my section, it seemed like the majority were all in there for WLS. They are highly knowledgeable in WLS. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I never had pain. I was so lucky to have Nurse Jewel and Nurse Monica. Both were just awesome. Jewel always made sure I was comfortable. If I had any pain they were there with pain meds. They were all so supportive when it came to getting up and walking. They were always clapping and encouraging us. It was like we were all in this together.

I had one nurse who was not responsive regarding requests for pain medications. Her answer was "Sorry" until I remembered that my dr had specifically said he would leave a second order of muscle relaxer for me. Then she found that order and got it... but I should not have had to beg. All the other nurses and techs were awesome!!!
