I was pleasantly surprized. I only stayed about 36 hours and I was comfortable and the nurses were timely with whatever I needed.

Pre-op care was fine. Post-op care needs work. Hope the Hospital admin reads these along with any other rating documents from customers.

Short-handed, over-worked staff. Nice people but stretched too thin. Confusion over basic procedures.

Overall the hospital was good. The night nursing staff was a bit slow in responding to any requests for meds or if your IV alarm was going off

The night nurses were not very helpful but the day nursers were awseme. Not very knowledgable on WLS itself but concerned with my general well being.
