With the exception of 1 or 2 rude CNA's, this hospital has a very high level of professionalism and care and understanding for their patients.

I felt that while everyone was "nice", the nurses could have and should have DONE more to help, to be of assistance, to help keep the moral up and do more to try to make me comfortable etc...
