I Just want to be a learning experience for the other people that is just not sure to have this surgery and make this HUGE change of life style,I assure you that it is the best gift you can give to yourselves, be happy with your body and enjoy a good health is the best thing that someone can asked for, I always imagine how my life could have been before if I had this surgery years ago.
For my was the best experience, I totally in love and grateful with the service that my doctors, nurses gave me. and the result that I'm having today are amazing, so happy for me and for everyone that have decided to have surgery!!!

A year ago I had bypass surgery under Dr. Rafael Abril at Hispano Americano Hospital in Mexicali. I can only say this is the most important decision I've ever made. I've lost already 100 pounds and still going. Dr. Abril was truly a professional, he was very caring and compassionate. I totally recommend his practice. Besides the price was fair.

I can't really explain how thankful I am about this surgery. I definitely don't know where I would be if I had not done this for myself and my family. I was already suffering from many health conditions that my obesity had caused. I lost over 150 pounds and kept them off. It's been a little over 2 years since my gastric sleeve surgery by Dr. Rafael Abril in Mexicali Mexico. My experience was excellent and couldn't ask for anything else. Basically, Dr. Abril saved my life. I didn't have the money to have my surgery here in Arizona, so friends advise me to check for WLS options across the border. I am very thankful that I went this route to literally save and change my life forever. I recommend Dr. Abril and Hispano Americano Hospital to everyone that wants/needs to get their health and life back.

First impression was of a professional doctor, but as I saw him more often, he did really care and understand what an impirtan decision this is for someone like me. He was caring and professional and HUMAN!! Rarely see that in a doctor now. Surgery went fast and well, love the pain meds he gave me, the staff was lovely!! Made 5 new facebooks friends! And so professional... Super clean hospital, staff, room! I felt more like a hotel than in a hospital. Scars minimal! So 3 weeks and 22 pounds later Im so grateful to Marco Sarinana and his staff!! Hope to loose more pounds soon :)
