I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for a nurse to arrive to help me unplug my IV so I could use the bathroom! Not very responsive at all.

I have never been at such a terrible place,the only thing good was my surgeon,the aftercare from the nursing staff was the worst I had ever experienced,the cleanliness of the place was terrible.never again.

I liked the baricatric wing and office on the same wing. Scale was available in our section. All WLS patients got to know each other.

Everyone I met at this hospital - from pre-surgical testing to the last day after the operation - was so pleasant and kind. They actually made the surgery a good experience.

The new hospital is wonderful - the residents and teams are superb.

I could not have been happier with my experience at this hospital. I had read negative reviews and am mystified because I found everything and everyone wonderful. The nursing staff, drs and residents, all were extremely responsive and always had a smile on their face. They all made my experience there very positive. The hospital could use a better parking situation as it costs $12 a day to park--not likely to attract visitors! Other than that I don't have one complaint.

All of the staff was great the sugery staff, the ICU staff and the nurses on the unit were great! I don't remeber the nurses names in ICU but thank you. To SunYae, Abagail,and Nancy on th fifth floor THANK YOU.
