Over all Crestwood is fine. I only wish they were more attentive to my needs during my stay.

This hospital is very efficent. Everyone treated me the same as any other patient. Was on top of it when I needed ANYTHING. Very friendly to my visitors and family that stayed with me. The nurses at Crestwood made my surgery and recovery better. Big THANKS to Donna!!

I THOUGHT THIS HOSPITAL WAS WELL EQUIPED WITH THE LATEST COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT THAT MADE ME AS THE PATIENT FELL VERY CONFORTABLE, ALSO THE NURSES WERE VERY QUICK TO ANSWER THE CALL LIGHT AND IN GETTING ME MEDICATIONS.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The waiting room was crowded but the staff was wonderful!

I was overall happy with Crestwood. They were very attentive and seem to be knowlidable in WLS.

The only other hospital I can compare to is ECM in Florence AL. It was so much cleaner. The rooms were about twice the size. The nursing staff was unbelievable. Loved it.

The staff on the floor were very attentive and helpful to me. The ladies working in the waiting room were very helpful to my family--delivering info etc.
