The nurses in the pre-op area were very attentive and they let my husband and children stay with me until they took me in for the surgery. The nurses on the floor were not as attentive, possibly due to being short staffed. I was glad my husband stayed with me because it took the nurses a while to respond when I needed them.

Crestwood suffers from the same staffing problems that all hospitals face now. Shortage of nurses causes less than optimum care.

Overall I was well pleased with all care and the way my family was treated. (One nurse was exceptionally uncaring but she was all alone in that.)When I complained of discomfort in a small wheelchair the lady from radiology immediatedly slowed her pace and secured a oversized chair for my return to my room. That type of quick caring response sums up my visit
