I haven't had my surgery here yet but the EGD went well.

The Bariatric wing is incredible and is staffed with knowledgeable and compassionate staff. my room was right of the nurses station and it got loud during the night. I had to ring the bell for someone to shut my door and they would forget to shut it after they'd come in to check on me. Nothing major,just a little inconsiderate at night.

Great staff -efficient and friendly. They just really need to learn how to work equipment before they have patients using them (specifically the bari-beds)

The staff was caring and gentle with me. They were constantly checking on me and tending to my needs. They were very kind to my family and friends. The hospital was clean and quiet.

I felt that my care was excellent and the staff enjoy working there and love there jobs.

The only problem was two nights during my stay the fire alarm was set off (false alarms). This was at 11:30PM and 1:45AM on two different nights.

My care here was terrific. The nurses and aides took very good care of me during my stay.

The daytime nursing staff were slow to respond to call bells. Other than that, everything was fine.

The staff was great! After surgery, I shared a room, but was pretty knocked out by the morphine. It did take awhile to get release papers once the doctor said I could go home. IMPORTANT NOTE: The hospital is creating a wing for weight loss surgery patients. When I was readmitted two days after surgery (for swelling) I had a private room with cable tv. The accomodations were EXCELLENT. I almost felt as though I were at a private resort.

the hospital and staff are the best staff I have seen in a hospital. They were tentative, comforting, helpful, and basically all of the above. They made my hospital stay a great success.
