If you have to be in the hospital, this is the place you want to be. First rate care from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked out from nursing, housekeeping, nutrition, etc.

I have only good things to say about my stay at CMC-NE in Concord. The nurses that worked with me all were very kind and genuinely cared about my comfort. They always explained what they were doing and why as well as always asking if I needed anything.

My room was very nice and the hospital bed was like an air mattress which I found to be very comfortable. I also LOVED the massage thingy's they put on my legs to help with circulation so I wouldn't get any blood clots. I sure wish I could have taken those home!

Overall I have to say I like CMC-NE and from my first visit there to meet with the anesthetist to the time I was released I would give them a grade of A+.

everyone that I has contact with (the financial counselor, volunteers, nursing staff, etc.) were warm and caring. Excellent!

I received excellent care from the staff at CMC-North East. The hospital actually has a floor dedicated to wls patients. During my stay I was able to meet a nurse who was one of Dr. Bauman's patients. She looks great.

I would recommend the hospital to everyone. All of the staff was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable.

This hospital was very clean and efficient. The staff were friendly. I was outpatient and it went very quickly, although at the time I did feel like they were rushing me to get up and moving.

I have not had surgery yet but I have had to go to the hospital a lot trying to get approval for lap-band surgery. This hospital has been great! When you go in it smells like coffee and feels like a cruise ship - not a hospital! The people that work there seem to be top notch and are very pleasant. I'm impressed!
