OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE NURSES WERE NICE AND MY DOC WAS AMAZING!! WOULD DEFINETLY GO THERE AGAIN.

I think this hospital and the doctors and the staff are top notch, I've been in several others around Dallas and they don't even compare. thats just my opinin

They took good care of me and were attentive to my needs. There were a couple of nurses that could have been more helpful.

I was impressed with the actual hospital but was a bit miffed by disposition of the nurses on staff, they really took their time when called and just was either extremely busy or disgustingly lazy.

Everyone I came in contact with at Baylor were very professional, courteous, and made me feel like I was the most important patient they had.
I had one particular nurse (3rd Shift) that went above & beyond her normal duties to see to my comfort. She even made sure I got the green popsicles because they were the only ones I liked.
Her first name was Doha, and she made my stay as pleasant as possible!

I think the nurses need to be better trained in regards to bariatric surgery. The first night my nurse, who I think was from a temp service, tried to give me food with sugar to eat. Thank goodness I had read my information and knew this was a no, no.
