THE HOSPITAL AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL. I WAS TREATED LIKE A QUEEN THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE.

The nursing staff of 14 Roberts were not thoughtful, caring, and they did not provide me excellent patient care. Four days no bath nor clean bed. No assistance with eating or walking for the first time.

I was very pleased with my experience. Pre-admittance was handled with great efficiency, check- in on the day of surgery was also quick. Only "complaint" is that I was asked to come early in case an earlier slot opened up, and it did not, but that was not a biggee.

They have excellent employees and give each patient the best individual care. Starting with the registration staff throughout the visit.

The staff went out of their way to take good care of me and my needs. My wait was always short and there was always good communication.
