Barix Clinics - Michigan Hospital

All in all I reall liked the staff. Thier were a few a didnt care for but I truely enjoyed the company and cared for feeling of many of the other staff.

He was a very nice Dr. He seemed to really care.

I grew to trust him more each time I spoke to him.

The staff were all wonderful and so nice.

Nothing I found that I didn't like about Dr. Poplawski.

Just list to him. He won;t stear you wrong.

He will tell you aftercare is the most important process once the surgery is over.

Before the surgery you are given a guide book to go buy once the surgery is over. If you do what the book says then there should be no complications.

He explained that yes there are risks in surgery but that there are risks just walking out your front door., or driving a car. He said sometimes a risk is what we take to improve our lives.

On a scale of 10 I would rate Dr. Poplawski a 12. He saved my life.

I feel this Hospital was a good choice. the people were very nice to me and made me feel comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations. But to be truthful I wouldn'thave been here if my srugeon hadn't had the qualifications he does. I got lucky to find such a hosp. and surgeon so close to home.

I met with Dr. Pawloski (I think that is how it is spelled) he was rude and very uncompationate. For someone who deals with heavy people all day, you would think he would have some idea on how to talk to people. But other than that the other people there were very nice and if you could get surgery there chose a different doctor.

I recieved outstanding care and pain management throughout my hospital stay

This hospital staffs many employees who have had the same types of surgery. Therefore, they can truly relate to your pains, cravings, healing, energy and more.

This meant a lot to me. So when they say they know, they really do.

Dr. "POP" was very compassionate and straight to the point. I respected him for that. He did not sugar coat anything and was honest about the surgery and the life style changes that I will need to make.
The staff at Barix is always very friendly and eager to assist. The office was clean and comfortable.
Aftercare is very important to this clinic and is almost revered as more important than the surgery itself. There post-op program is very structured and in depth.

Staff response was excellent. Caring, encouraging, wonderful people. I would recommend this hospital greatly

Meet with the Doctor yesterday, he was very nice and informative. I was surprised how long he spend with me that made me feel very good. He trully helped me decide which surgery would be best for me and what all the pros and cons were. Very highly recommended. Let's see how good he is with the scope.

I am a primary care provider, and though beside manner is important, all I know is that I want a surgeon that I haven't any doubt is completely competent as well as kind. Dr. Poplawski is all that. Different individuals need different approaches. I felt very comfortable and confident that I made the right decision to have him perform my lap Roux-en-Y. Individuals need to be held accountable for educating themselves and take responsibility IN ADJUNCT to what any clinic or surgeon tells you.
