I think the staff was wonderful and the surgeon was attentive.

This is your man if you are having post bariatric skin removal. He and his office staff are outstanding, I am so pleased with his work . He is definetly an artist. I show off his work at every chance I get. You would never be disappointed with anything he does for you.

Barix was a fantastic place to have surgery. I was so impressed with the nursing staff and so thankful to have them. They made me want to stay longer.

Dr. Pop was friendly and straightforward, which I appreciated. He detailed what he would be doing and how it would work. We also discussed the importance of having a good support network and how the pouch is a tool that must be used properly to attain optimal results. I am looking forward to my surgery with Dr. Pop and embarking on my weight loss journey!rnrnrnJune 28, 2007rnrnDr. Pop continued to be a great supportive Man,after a few failed attempts to have surgery, I finally am one week out. My experience was positive, Dr. Pop is professional yet has a warm personal side that he shares with his patients. I really think I lucked out having him as a surgeon because he is in my opinion the cream of the crop in bariatric surgeons. rnrnHis surgical technique was excellent, I have minimal bruising after one week and am just a little sore. He also did a liver biopsy while doing my surgery which is an extra step that was very needed. rnrnBarix has an extensive after-care program that addresses all facets of life after weight loss surgery.rnrnI would be remiss if I did not mention the staff at Barix, that are exemplary. Everyone that I encountered was friendly, polite and caring and went that extra step for you.rnrnAn Exceptional Experience!!

I have nothing bad to say about this hospital. Great place to have surgery. So wonderful for follow up...always checking on me at home. Wonderful!

Very supportive. Lets you know up front that the lap band is just a tool and will require me to do my job. He has great bedside manner. Keeps reminding of things I need to do to stay on track. GREAT doctor.
