The only problem I had was with Discharge. I was D/C late at night during a storm with no pain meds for when I got home. I had a script but no pharmacy to get meds.

The staff at bmhc was great. they took care of all my needs while i was there.

Overall this is one of the best facility to use as far a technology and physician based goes. The overall nursing staff could use some beside manner work .

For the most part, my stay was ok. There was one night and most of the next day that I didn't see my nurse for most of the time (2x on her shift to be exact) They didn't come in to check on me or anything. I had to call them out of the hall to help me.

The pre-op area was not private - there was another patient in the room with only a curtain seperating us.
There were no complimentary meals provided to my husband who stayed by my side helping me throughout the entire visit.
The different nurses didn't always know what the others were doing or what the DR wanted done.
Twice no meals (even liquids) were brought to my room. Then when I asked about the liquids I was supposed to be getting, a nurse brought me jello with sugar in it, so I had to send it back.
The last day in the hospital, I didn't even SEE a nurse except for probably twice all day.
When my husband did have to leave, noone ever came to ask me if I needed help going to the bathroom/walking/etc -thank god I could do it by myself.
