To me, Mary Gray is one in a million. Before deciding to have weight loss surgery, I had been to many dietitians. Mary Gray was unique from our first visit because she understood what was going on within my mind and body and began to work with me immediately to set-up systems to help me. Instead of feeling restricted with food choices, I felt empowered with the possibilities of flavors, options to enhance food choices, and a future of food learning.
Mary Gray has opened up an entirely new world for me and has taught me that food can be fabulous after surgery while at the same time, not control my life.

Mary Gran is my go-to for all my dietary questions and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable on the do's & don'ts of healthy eating, and she is also a great cook! As a post weight loss surgery patient, I enjoy meeting with her regularly to discuss what I am doing right & what I need to improve upon. She always has great ideas & suggestions.
I love attending the cooking demonstrations put on by the Dietitians of Rex Bariatric Specialists. But mostly I just love that beautiful & supportive smile that I always get from her. Thank you, Mary Gran, for impacting my well-being in such a positive way. You are awesome!
