Vincent Iannace Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

I had my surgery 2.5 years ago with Dr. Iannace down at Hackensack. I lost 75 pounds after having Gastric Banding... but even though I'm on maint. I still need to eat right. I recently called his new office and was pleased at how fast I was placed onto his schedule.

His office sent me a script for blood work to be done and I was advised Dr. Iannace does Band Adjustments every Wednesday. It was so good to see him again, had my yearly swallow test and got an adjustment. My blood work all came back with good levels and that little tweak has helped me to loose a couple more pounds now that i'm feeling full sooner again.

Thank You Dr. Iannace for being there and always smiling! I also attended the support group down at Holy Name Hospital and was so happy to find a group that meets near my home. I feel like my excitement is rejuvenated and I'm refocused and will be able to drop even more weight!

Dr. Iannace is a great doctor. He is such a caring individual. He takes the time to listen to his patients and will answer what ever questions you may have. He was my surgeon when I had my lap band surgery over 3 years ago down in Hackensack.

I did great and lost 55 pounds and things have been going good. I have been lucky to manage this "tool" with only a few adjustments. It was time for an adjustment and I decided I still want Dr. Iannace so I was pleased to find out that even though he moved to Morris County that he still does fills down closer to where I live. So i called and made an appt. for a fill with Dr. Iannace at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck.

It was great to see him and Catch up on my journey with him. He also told me that they also hold monthly support groups at Holy Name so it was a great trip for me.

Dr. Iannace and his staff are great! When I first met him he was very easy to talk to. He's very good with answering all of your questions. He even got me to quit smoking. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about having gastric bypass surgery.

Dr. Iannace was Great! He is very personable and friendly. On the day of my surgery, I was VERY SCARED and he did his best to calm me down and did not make me feel silly for crying, rather he connected with me and for that I am grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Iannace for anyone considering weight loss surgery.

I first met Dr. Bertha of Advanced Laprascopic Surgeons a year ago this month. At 479lbs and my body type Dr. Bertha thought I may need to have and "Open" procedure. He recomended I speak with their new partner Dr. Iannace. I met with Dr. Iannace several times. He was very knowlegeable, personable and professional. He discussed the option of the Open Capella Procedure. We decided to move foward. On my surgery date we decided to try the surgery lapriscopically and if it wasn't possible to they would complete with the Open Capella procedure. Dr. Iannace and Dr. Bertha were able to complete my surgery lapriscopically :) They did a GREAT JOB. I'm 4 1/2 months post op and down 111 lbs since surgery. I have really no complications, no issues, no dumping... It has all gone very, very smoothly. Dr. Iannace, Advanced Laprascopic Surgeons and their approach to WLS is top notch. I do not write recomendations lightly. This one is well deserved.

I had the surgery done yesterday and I feel great! Every thing went well, better than expected. Dr. Andrei and his team were wonderful... Great service, polite, thorough, competent and careing. They were sure I understood the risks, which in my oppinion were a lesser evil than taking no action. I look forward to a new and better life style as I shed my weight and long years to enjoy it.

I recently attended a New Patient Seminar and was very impressed with Dr. Iannace and the whole Staff for the Program For Life. All the people there including the doctor's stayed and answered every question that any of us had. They seemed to be very concerned to make sure we each understood what we were preparing to do as it is a big decision.rnrnI thank them for their time and Dr. Iannace was great... I spoke to him after the seminar and he answered every little question or concern that I had. I will be contacting him for an appt. soon. Thanks to everyone for all their support and help.

Let me start of by saying Dr. Iannace's office is great they practically did everything for me and they worked really hard to get the insurance approval which they got in 3 weeks time !! Dr. Iannace and his staff are reallly nice and i am so happy i picked him as my surgeon so far i am 4 days post-op and no complications ....overall i would rate him and his office a 10 !
