Dr. Ted C. Scott was very nice. I really liked him. His office staff was so nice and helped in anyway that they could. The office staff did not leave any question unanswered. I would recommend Dr. Scott and his staff to anyone. I would give him a 10. I have complete faith that he will take good care of me.
Dr. Ted Scott performed my surgery in September of 1995. His staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in the approval of my surgery and my aftercare as well. After having the surgery, I became an employee of Dr. Scott's. I am currently working with Dr. Ted Scott. Our office number is 1-877-246-1121. I am knowledgeable in the approval of insurance and also pre-op and post-op care. You can say that I have been on both sides of the fence. I am a patient as well as an employee.
I had visited with Dr. Hall's staff here in town first, but they wouldn't even let me come in until I could prove I could pay for the surgery. Once they found out my insurance wouldn't pay, I got the definite impression that I got moved down priority wise! When I called Dr. Scott's office, I got to talk to him directly and he made an appt for me to see him within a week's time. After our visit, told me to get the insurance lined up and call to get on the surgery schedule! It was easy, fast, and he was very thorough in explaining the differences between the surgeries. He said he does a couple of years worth of after care, and then his goal is to send the patient out to live their life - I liked the sound of that!
