Consultation with Dr.Moon was very informative. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Explained the program and risks of surgery and the aftercare needed. After the consultation any concerns or fears were gone. I am very happy with the surgeon and the staff. I would recommend this surgeon and staff to anyone.
My first Impression of Dr Moon was that he had honest eyes. He was direct but was kind.I liked him right away.rnMy impression did change as he made me very comfortable with his experience as a Bariatric surgen. rnTHe office staff are fantastic! No question is stupid or wrong. They go out of their way to make me comfortable.rnI have yet to find anything I do not like about Dr Moon.rnFuture patients will find Dr Moon very open and caring. He listens to you and answers your questions with confidence.rnDr Moon has structured instructions on care after the surgery. He insists it is very important to take care of your self after the surgery.rnDr Moon addressed the risks of surgery with an explanation of each. He wanted me to understand all the risks and take the surgery serious.rnEven with my short 1 month time with Dr. Moon I rate him a 1. With a 1 being excellant.rnI think Surgical Compentence is Important, butrna doctor with out a great bedside manner would not be in the right profession. Dr Moon has both. I have every confidence in him to take care of me.rnrnrn
