Dr. Steven Webb was phenomenal with my gastric by-pass surgery. He and his staff are amazing and I highly recommend him and his team at HCA Medical in Jacksonville, FL.

Doctor is Knowledgeable, kind. Explained everything in a way that was understandable but not condescending. Highly responsive. Surgery was successful. No complications. Scars are small and look good. He was attentive to my husband’s questions when I was in post op. Office staff Navigated my insurance from first appt until approval - I didn’t have to do a thing. Dietician will answer all questions, meet in webex, answer emails. The doctor and his practice are great. Highly recommend.

I had surgery 7/11/22. I'm 3 and half months out, and I've lost 50 pounds so far. I started out at 243 and down to about 192. I won't say it's been easy, but I'm so glad that I've had no complications, and I can still eat and tolerate just about any foods just in moderation. Dr. Webb was great and made me feel comfortable through the whole process.

Dr. Webb is a great Bariatric Surgeon and I couldn't be happier with the way he makes sure you understand exactly what he's talking about including pictures! He truly made me feel really good about myself at my almost 3 year check up, which I was dreading! He also gave me the confidence to know that I got this and you know what...I DO! Thanks Dr. Webb!!

I went to another bariatric surgeon who told me the best I could hope for was a 40lb weight loss; I was devastated. My PCP then referred me to Dr. Webb, what a difference!! Dr. Webb was sincere, friendly, and informative. Dr. Webb explained the entire procedure and a much greater expected weight loss. I had an Roux-en-Y revision and a Distal bypass on May 31st, 2020. I lost 92 lbs in the first three months and am still loosing. The support I receive from Dr. Webb and the staff at Memorial Bariatric is thorough, helpful, and caring. I still have about 150 lbs to go, but I am certain the team at Memorial Bariatric will help me get there. I highly recommend Dr. Webb and the entire team at Memorial Bariatric Surgery!!!
