Dr de la Cruz-Munoz is so sweet, he is funny and kind and knows his surgery. He cares about his patients. The office staff is also very nice and helpful. Very professional but down to earth, you feel like part of the family from the first moment you walk in. You will love this surgeon and the way he has his support and after care.

Very nice young man, well informed.
The only thing that I did not care for is that he was answering telephone calls during our appointment.
There is an aftercare program and he did address the risks of surgery.
I would rate him an 8 on a sale of 10.
The doctor was caring and he appears to be well qualified on the newer techniques.

My first impression was that he looked very,very young. As he begins to speak to you and explain everything to you, he makes you feel very comfortable. What I liked best about him is his concerns about you as a patient. He is very demanding on aftercare, takes great concern over his patients well being. Overall, I would rate his as "EXCELLENT".

Dr. De La Cruz Munoz is personable and knowledgable. After having done all my homework with regards to the surgery I felt even more at ease with his demeanor.

As we got closer to the surgery date my comfort level never waivered. To date, I am happy with my relationship with my surgeon.
Office staff is hospitable and supportive.

When i went to see him, (after going to 7 different ones, and not being happy with any of them) i saw that he was young, but after talking to him and listening to him i dont know something click and i told myself, this is it, now after 7 months i consider him my special guy, he saved my life, i will grateful for the rest of my life...
ohhh by the way i give him a 10 for his concern and careness of his patients....

My first impression was that he was very informative and very nice and he answered all of my questions properly. My impression has not changed any I still believe that he has tried everything possible to help with my surgery, insurance etc.

His staff most of them are very friendly and considerate other are not so friendly. The thing I liked least was that I feel he needs to correct his staff on the way they do the insurance paperwork.
Future patients should know that he does all in his hands to get you approved by the insurance and he tells you were he's at and what you need to do etc.

I cant comment on that because I have not had my surgery as of yet. He was very critical in explaining to me the good and the bad of the surgery in every aspects.

I would rate him as an excellent Surgeon and I believe that both surgical competence and bedside manner are very important.
