I just love Dr. Srikanth! What a treat. He has a great sense of humor and very personable. During the pre-op group he made a drawing showing how it is going to be done and man does he know his stuff. Then he gave the pros and cons and made sure we all understood everything. He is really fabulous and I know I’ll be in great hands.

I was very impressed with Dr. Srikanth the first time I heard him speak at the seminar Medical Services Organization (Dr. Srikanth and Dr. Fox clinic) requires you to attend before beginning the pre-op screening and testing.
My first visit with him was the day before my surgery. He was very thorough in explaining the procedures and what was expected of me post-op. I found him to be a very caring person.
My post-op experience with him has also been very good. He really seems to care for the obese and wants to see them succeed with the weight loss.
One of the great things about Dr. Srikanth and the Medical Services Organization is that they have a pre-op consoltation with patient advocates who go over the post-op program. They provide you with all the information you need regarding protein and vitamin/mineral supplements. Since I'm an AGB patient my supplemental program is much different than the GBP patients.
The clinic also provides great post-op follow-up not only for your physical well being but also support groups that meet on a regular basis.
Had informational meeting with Dr. Ross Fox, very funny, caring man. Seems to really care about all the issues related to obesity. He no longer does the actual surgeries, but still does the tummy tucks after the weight loss. Had one of his partners, Dr. Srikanth come in to visit between surgeries. Very nice man, very knowledgable and did not seem like he was being bothered by having to take time out of his busy day to talk to us. Was very impressed with the amount of surgeries they do and their experience. They have a very structured aftercare program and they have patient advocates who are there with you from day one. They went over everything and made it very clear that they didn't want us leaving without having answered all our questions. I am very glad I chose this group of doctors to do my surgery. Dr. Fox has been doing these types of surgeries for 40 years, (0ver 6000 surgeries) and has an awesome success rate. I did feel like there was a lot of emphasis about the costs and paying up front, but I do understand that this is a business and they won't do these services for free. On the otherhand, they stressed that they will help however they can to get insurance to cover the surgery, if not, there are other financing options.
My first impression? He cares and wants to help. And no, my impression did not change.
His staff: knowledgable, able to manage insurance companies, friendly and caring.
What did I like least: he runs late!
The after care is very structured and very restrictive. They want to see you obtain maximum weight loss in the minimum time.
Dr. Srikanth addressed both aftercare and risks of surgery very well. I went into the surgery knowing full well what could happen and what was (is) expected of me after surgery.
I would rate Dr. Srikanth very high. His bedside manner and surgical competence, I believe, are both great.
Dr. Srikanth removed my gallbladder long before he ever started doing WLS. He was very caring and understanding. He was really good about explaining everything to me. So when I decided to have WLS and found out he was now doing this in Seattle I knew he would be my surgeon. I already trusted him.
