My first impression was quiet, reserved yet interested.
My impression remains the same I believe he's even loosened up with me some.
Office staff busy yet professional.
I cannot say anything.
Because of his youthfulness don't be quick to judge, very steady hand and skilled.

I chose Dr. Boone as my surgeon because of his talent and experience in performing the Lap RNY. I believe he is an excellent Dr. and feel good with my decision. The office staff seemed to be overwhelmed and not able to keep up until recently when they hired "Jan." She has been wonderful and I can't say enough good things about her!
UPDATE: I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Boone and St. Agnes hospital. They were all great. I got great care and have no complaints whatsoever!
Dr. Boone is a quiet soft spoken man with a light sense of humor. He was very courteous & compassionate & has a good track record with the laparoscopic rou-en-y bypass.
His office staff is friendly & courteous though sometimes hard to get a hold of the person you need to talk to. But then aren't all Dr. offices like that?
Aftercare is fine. They offer a support group though I can't say how good it is. I just had surgery a week ago.
Dr. Boone was very thorough & patient in going over the risks with me.
Though I have no frame of reference, I would give him a 10!
Dr. Boone is a quiet man who is very patient and thorough. He is not in a hurry and answered all my questions. He has a wonderful reputation and I have a lot of confidence in him and his surgical abilities. I can't say the same about the efficiency of his office staff. They are not the most organized bunch around. As long as you take charge and keep calling and making sure things get done it is okay but you can't sit back and wait for them to make it happen. The support group meetings are great and have grown incredibly in just the few months I have been attending. There were about 150 people at the February meeting!
Dr. Boone is very kind, gentle and calm. I feel good about him doing my surgery. Yes ladies,he is handsome as well. Blush....:)
I really like Dr. Boone. He is very competent and thorough with a quiet, reserved
sort of manner. He is very responsive to all questions and after surgery, personally responds
quickly to any concerns or problems you might have. I would definitely recommend him
to anyone considering wls.
Dr. Boone is one of the most professional and caring physicians I have encountered. The intire staff at Valley Surgical Center in Fresno are understanding and friendly (they even have some "chubby ones working there". Dr. Boone NEVER gave me a diet to follow (after first few weeks of surgery), but instead said everyone was diferent. I tried alot of different foods and have found the ones that work for me. I had my surgery in April have lost 60 pounds to date, and would like to drop 20 more. I attend our support groups once a month and find them very helpful. If I had to come up with one problem about Dr. B???? I guess it would be that he is pretty cute, and I think much younger than me. ( so maye this isn't bad)
