Jorge Rodriguez Bariatric Surgeon M.D.,F.A.C.S.

I had my appointment with Dr. Rodriguez today. He is a very nice man, very caring and very professional. He answered some very tough questions that I put to him and met me eye-eye when he answered them. He said that in the ten years that he has been doing this surgery that he has never lost anyone and has only had two people to develop complications severe enough that he had to take them back to surgery. His office staff was great from the receptionist to his medical assistant (Jana) and nurse (Rita). They even said that I could call back anytime if I had questions, concerns, or just wanting to know where the status of my approval was.

My first impression of Dr. Rodriquez was that of sincerity, yet he tells it like it is. He is very confident about his skills and makes you feel at ease. He gives you options and answers any questions that you have. His office staff is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

My first impression was that he is a Doctor that doesnt pull any punches he tells you how it is. Which I like. He answered all the questions that I had and even let me talk to one of the patient's whos case was simlair to mine and happent o be in office that day gettign her staples out.there was a bit of a wait (okay 1 1/2 hours lol)in the waiting room but they did apoligize about it over all I like him and had no trouble at all during my consult.
