Dr. Lambert and his staff were fantastic. They are the nicest, friendliest and most professional people I think I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

They were all really great about answering my questions, explaining the surgery and it's risks and setting up everything quickly.

I honestly feel that Dr. Lambert AND his staff are the best and would recommend them to anyone.

I met him for the first time today (12/2/04) and am very happy to say I was pleasantly surprised at his obvious compassion towards his patients. He seems to be very dedicated to providing excellent aftercare, also. His staff was great, too! Very friendly, and seemed more than happy to answer any questions. The program they presented was very informative, and addressed the pros and cons of the procedure. After meeting with them, I am much more at ease with the decision to have this procedure done.

There was an ad in our local newpaper talking about a free seminar about weight loss surgery. I told my husband I wanted to go & just see about it. I told him it would either scare me or make me really want it. After the seminar was over, I was ready. Dr. John Lambert and his staff are the nicest people you could ever meet in the world. I have never in my life met a doctor so dedicated to his lifes work. He truely convinced me that WLS was for me! Through all the testing, everyone at the hospital was wonderful. And the hospital? White River Medical Center is upper class and I had the best nurses in the world. I have sent 2 of my friends to see him and I am always telling people about Dr. Lambert. I have no regrets about having the surgery. Dr. Lambert has changed my life and for that, I am so grateful...He is 10+

Dr. Lambert is a wonderful doctor. He is serious about the surgery and the absolute necessity of following the aftercare program. His office staff is very helpful and always there to answer questions. They have a toll free number so you can call and just find out anything you need to know and they encourage you to call. I really think that my experience with Dr.Lambert and WRMC could not have been better. They are getting new bariatric beds soon at the hospital and it will make a big difference.

I was impressed with Dr. Lambert and his staff immediately. I drove 2 1/2 hours because of Dr. Lambert, his staff, and his before and aftercare program. I had several other options that were much closer to my home, but as I went through the pre-op appointments, I knew that I had made a good decision in choosing Dr. Lambert. Dr. Lambert and his staff were all very honest about the risks of surgery and provided me with detailed information about what to expect before and after surgery. I read posts from other people who were told nothing about their aftercare. How unfortunate for them. I would rate Dr. Lambert surgical skill and bedside manner as excellent!! I consider his team equally important to my success and they are excellent. Dr. Lambert has surrounded himself with a uniquely qualified and experienced staff and it has resulted in an exceptional program. My hospital experience was good with the exception of one nurse. But overall my stay was good. I only wish Dr. Lambert was closer to home.
