i went in to see DR John Angstadt 2 weeks ago for the 1st time. i want to say i feel really good with him. he took his time to explain to me how the surgery works and what i need to do to be able to have my surgery. i will update you all when my time comes. i can't wait!

Before surgery I was limited to doing things and it was very hard to find clothes to fit right. After surgery, I find myself able to do a lot more and overall feeling better about myself. Dr. Angstadt is very friendly and nice.When I visit the office, the surgeon and staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

Before my sleeve gastrectomy I had no energy and I was miserable with the way I looked and felt. I am now down 75lbs and I feel fabulous! I have more energy and my self esteem is more positive than it has ever been. I love Dr. Angstadt and the whole staff at the New York Bariatric Group. They have been nothing but informative. caring and very nice.

So far, I have lost 50lbs with the sleeve gastrectomy. Life after surgery has been difficult at times, but I wouldn't change anything. I am so happy with my decision to have surgery and am beginning to love my body for the first time.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful before, during and after surgery, I couldn't be happier with my choice to use the New York Bariatric Group.

Before lapband surgery I was unhappy and I found common tasks difficult. Now, I have hope for a better future and I am looking forward to being thin again. Dr. Angstadt was great, every step of the way!

I had a sleeve gastrectomy in September with Dr. John Angstadt. I am not only losing weight...walking is much easier and I am off a lot of my diabetic medications. I feel great! Dr. Angstadt is a great doctor. He explains everything and is alway available. His staff is wonderful - always helpful, friendly and welcoming.
