My first impression of Dr Kline was that he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Since getting to know him, I have more faith in him than at the start. His office staff is excellant and knowledgable about all aspects of the surgery.
Dr Kline and the surgical weight loss center of lancaster do an excellent job of informing future patients and the support after surgery is ongoing. I can say more after the surgery.

Dr. Kline was kind and sat down with me and took all the time I needed. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He was a joy to meet and I am sure my surgery at the end of this month will go smooth. Pam in his office is a wonderful lady. She has helped with scheduling all the pre-op testing and has just been a great support person. I would recomend Dr. Kline and his staff to all who live in this area.

I THOUGHT THAT DR KLINE WAS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND EAST TO TALK TO. AS SOON AS I MET HIM I KNEW I WOULD BE FINE. HE GAVE ME ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND MAD ME FEEL AT EASE. I WOULD SUGGEST HIM TO ANYONE!!!

He seemed very intelligent. He knew exactly what I needed. The office staff were fantastic.There was'nt anything that i didn't like or felt uncomfortable about. My husband went with me to the drs. office, and he was also pleased. He said that he does this type of surgery,as well as other surgeries. Dr. Kline has a full staff that works with him and knows exactly what he is doing.I would rate this doctor as being very sophisticated, and a people person who cares about the patient.I will inform you of more after my surgery.

I would say his surgery scheduler, Pam has been a great help and very patient. I've heard his competence is very high but his bedside manner is very "matter of fact". I will update after surgery.
4/18/02- Update: I am post op now and can say I had a great experience with my surgery. Dr. Kline was everything I expected. A great surgeon. I am very happy with my progress and it feels nice when I see that he is too. He get's just as excited. I highly recommend him.

My first impression of Dr. Kline was that he was a very good surgeon. My family doctor said he was very good too.He seems very confident in what he does. I was a little disappointed that he did not take more time to get to know me but I am looking for a great surgeon not a friend.
His staff has been wonderful, especially Pam the surgery scheduler.
I have only had 2 appts. with him. He does not seem to have a structured aftercare program because I think Bariatric Surgery is not his specialty. He does it because he has been trained to do it and for the people who really need it. He did go over the risks of surgery and only does the VBG. I really feel safe with Dr. Kline. I have heard his bedside manner is very "matter of fact".
I will update after surgery I guess.
