Dr. Ferzli and his staff are very patient. I love the program and the support groups are very helpful and I like it that these continue after surgery.

Dr. Ferzli is charasmatic. The best thing is he is nice, understanding, caring and helps put you at ease. The worst is nothing. The program is great and helps you prepare for the surgery and after surgery. All was helpful, especially Pat and Karen. The support groups are helpful and helped me understand the feeling after surgery better.

There are no negative issues concerning his character. The program is very well organized, it was highly recommended by our family physician.
