Dr. Ferzli was very comforting. He explained what the process was going to be like. The support groups and team were very helpful.

When I first met Dr. Ferzli I found him to be a knowledgeable man. I feel like this program is very informative and accessible. before and after care. All staff on the team was so helpful. The support groups are the best and they make you feel so comfortable.

My surgeon is Dr. Ferzli. I had surgery recently but previously I filled the paperwork out and backed out because I was scared. But the second time I came to Dr. Ferzli he informed me and reassured me about the procedure. He was extremely helpful and gave me a sense of trust that I needed to continue and complete the process. The nutritionist, psychologist, also reassured me with the steps and changes I needed to do. And for the office staff, I believe they were the most helpful. I would call several times and they would call back to inform me of any missing paperwork and clearances needed. Must say some of the nicest staff to meet.

Dr. Ferzli is knowledgeable and caring. Future patients should know that this program takes commitment and emphasizes aftercare. Everyone in the office is helpful and professional.
