Craig Kolasch Bariatric Surgeon MD

Dr. Kolasch is Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and completed his fellowship in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery through the Carolinas Laparoscopic & Advanced Surgery Program at Carolinas Medical Center. He was a staff general surgeon in the United States Air Force and was deployed both in Qatar and Afghanistan, where he earned the Bronze Star and NATO Medal. He completed his residency in general surgery at Harrisburg Hospital in Pennsylvania. He is dedicated to treating patients seeking weight loss surgery and specializes in bariatric-related procedures, such as laparoscopic gastric bypass and vertical sleeve gastrectomy.
