Dr. Bobby (as he likes to be called) is a smart, compassionate, meticulous, kind and down to earth man. He and his staff have been patient while we struggled with my insurance process.
All the while his staff remained up beat and encouraging.
I had my surgery in Tustin, CA. at a surgical center. There were two patients and we both had one on one care. The Center arranged for an extra bed in my room overnight for my husband. The nurses were attentive and kind and stayed on top of everything including pain meds. Since I have been post-op less than one week the nursing staff continues to call and check up on me.
Everyone else who I have spoken to, that has used Dr. Bobby also swears by him. He is a prince!!
I could not have been more pleased with Dr Bobby. I saw his seminar and was very motivated to start this journey with him and his team, namely Kate Ostby, the registered dietician. Dr. Bobby was professional and went right to work and that is what I want. I am not for a lot of handholding and he understood that. I am sure he would for some but with me, he did a great job in surgery and my post-op after two weeks has been so incredibly easy, it is hard to put into words. Keep in mind that I traveled from the Northeast to have the surgery done in Palm Springs.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Bobby and his team. They have earned my respect and admiration for the job they do.
Dr. Bobbie is wonderful. I will celebrate my 3rd year anniversary this Thanksgiving. I've gone from a size 18-20 to a size 4 and am keeping it off. His staff was wonderful. The support meetings were terrific - very informative - and really helped me stay compliant.
He gives all his patients his cell # and he is very concerned about each and every one of us. I feel the program is the best I've heard of so far.
I thought he was great. He did his own information seminar. My impression has just deepened over this 1 1/2 yrs that I've known him.
Although there has been a great turn over in his staff, he now has a wonderful staff, expecially his receptionist and his nutritionist.
I liked everything about him. He really cares and he gives you his cell # and answers calls in a timely manner.
He has a great program of before care, follow up care, and support programs. The staff and he really worked with me to help me get the surgery.
Everything is explained to you in detail and you get a binder with all kinds of info.
I'd rate him 10+. He has a great bedside manner, and his surgical competence is wonderful. Except for some back pain, & incision pain there wasn't much pain.
I had bariatric Surgery done in Tijuana Mexico, and had many post-operative complications, I developed a very bad wound infection that was very painful and kept me longer in the facility. I eventually researched Doctors in California to do my revision and no Dr, wanted to take me as a patient because I had this previous surgey in Mexico. They didnt want to get involved for some other Dr's Mistake. Eventually I ended up finding Dr. BOBBY!!!!!!!! and he took me on and was willing to help me out with all my complicationsand problems, his staff was great and very helpful and now life has just been wonderful with DR BOBBY!! THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE!
I was initially impresed by Dr Bobby's devotion to what he does.. he announced at the informational meeting that he hands his patients his ccell phone number st that they can get help whenever they need it. The office staff has been friendly and helpful.I have appreciated all of their help throughout the whole process. Dr. Bobby is very upfront about the long list of risks and compications associated or possible with the surgery -- and on each followup visit gives you a survey to see if any symptoms of these complications are showing themselves. I happened to develop a post surgical infection and Dr. Bobby was fabulous in dealing with getting me a wound care program and doctor. I have appreciated both Dr. Bobby's professionalism and his conceern for his patients.
My daughter had surgery with this surgeon and I was so impressed with his knowledge. He has a wonderful staff, aftercare program, during care program and great bedside manner. He will treat you like family and answer all questions big or small.
I attended a seminar with Dr. Bobby earlier this year and was so impressed with how informative it was. I felt very comfortable with his skills, knowledge and statistics that I knew he was for me. I had been debating about this surgery for myself for over a year and heard all the negative however also saw the positive images first hand. His office staff are incredible and very helpful and supportive. Dr. Bobby has an excellent after care program which includes a personal trainer, protein supplements to purchase and a wonderful dietician. The after care program I feel is what made my decision because I think it is the most important component on this journey of mine knowing that my health is being watched as I travel down.
DR BOBBY IS WONDERFUL. WE JUST FOUND OUT HE WAS AWARDED TP SURGEON OF THE YEAR!NO NEED TO SAY MORE THAN THAT! HE IS THE BEST THERE IS ! THANK YOU DR BOBBY FOR CHANGING MY LIFE WE LOVE YOU.
From The Beginning to the end Dr Bobby was just Phenomenal he was everything I was looking for in a Surgeon. His stats are incredible not only that but his pre-operative and post-operative care were just excellent. After my Surgery I had no pain I was in Shock, not once did i use my pain medicine. I was very impressed. His bedside manner is excellent. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bobby to any one who is finding the BEST Doctor, Here he is in Palm Springs, He is just amazing.
I Just Want Everyone to Know that Dr Bobby Is the BEST surgeon ever. Not only is he great at what he does but he also builds a good rapport with his patients. Dr Bobby is available 24/7 to his patients! That is just amazing because no Dr ever does that!!! Dr Bobby is humble and very KIND GUY!! WE LOVE DR BOBBY!
