Our accredited facility includes two spacious state-of-the-art, fully equipped operating rooms. Each OR is equipped with the latest technology in computer systems along with two flat screen monitors fully networked to allow the surgeon to view endoscopic or laparoscopic procedures as well as any "before and after" images. In addition, each OR is equipped with four cameras, enabling a direct feed to three separate screens in our onsite conference room. Surgeons can use this technology to conduct live surgery workshops and presentations to other physicians and/or patients. With patient safety and comfort as our utmost concern, SAIE's 2,500 square foot facility includes an onsite back-up generator and dual pump vacuum, a 3-bed recovery area, and pre-op and post-op care rooms. In addition to a crash cart and emergency equipment onsite, we also have a hospital transfer agreement in place if necessary.  Accommodating Amenities Our surgical suite has been designed for patient and surgeon comfort and ease-of-use, starting with an excellent location. Centrally located on Haven Avenue, we have close proximity to Ontario Airport, Victoria Gardens and the Ontario Mills Mall. The facility boasts ample parking and the privacy and comforts patients desire, including two beautifully appointed family waiting rooms with satellite TV and movie capabilities In addition to our fully appointed high-tech conference room with "live surgery" video capabilities, surgeons can also enjoy our Doctors Lounge which allows for relaxation before and after surgeries. Surgeons can check emails, enjoy a refreshing drink, or even review patient charts. For the surgeon's convenience, the operating rooms are equipped with a wide range of music from Satellite Sirius/XM stations. There are also iPod cradles for iPhones/iPods. Lockers and showers are also onsite. A Patient Friendly Experience Our warm and knowledgeable staff is here to guide patients toward a comfortable and relaxing surgical experience. Most staff members have at least a decade of experience in the field of surgery and many bring a hospital background to the Center. Trained to work together as an efficient team—our Registered Nurses, Operating Room Technicians, Certified Nurse Anesthetists and Board Certified Anesthesiologists make the surgical experience very pleasant and stress free.In addition, our staff is up-to-date on all emergency training protocol and the latest ACLS Guidelines. Call one of our friendly staff to take a tour of the facility or to set up an appointment to discuss becoming a surgical partner.
