Roller Weight Loss and Advanced Surgery Bariatric Center

Dr Roller and his whole staff are absolutely terrific. They are caring, informed and truly on top of things. I have not one single complaint and only praise to offer the entire office. We had one small miscommunication but it was solved quicly and everything has gone very smoothly since. I feel like follow-through and follow-up are very important to the staff and that makes this whole process so much easier.

Dr. Roller and his staff have been wonderful. I joked that if I didn't have the surgery scars I wouldn't know I had surgery that is how careful Dr. Roller is when taking care of his patients. His staff answered all of my questions and are very caring and efficient. I am very glad I chose Dr. Roller as my surgeon.

I changed surgeons, because of personal reasons. I switched to Dr. Joshua Roller. I have an appt. with his wife, which is his asst. tommorrow morning.

Dr. Roller and his staff are the best !! I have received the best care. I can't imagine putting my weight loss in anyone else's hands.

I loved everything about my surgeon and his staff. I knew he was the one to do my surgery from the first seminar. I had dealt with other surgeons in researching this surgery and none stood out like Dr. Roller. His staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Roller. His caring attitude at his seminar is shown by the way he stayed until every question was answered, he is personally committed to helping obesity, his expectations and the way he was so honest and upfront, and he was not pressuring people into getting the surgery nor scaring people. The first impression test he passed because all his office furniture is oversized and every member of his staff are always upbeat and friendly. The best thing about Dr Roller and his program is no one ever made me feel bad about being obese. When it came to losing weight...they were all supportive, when it came to insurance...they all knew what to do, when it came to pre-op day with Dr Roller I can honestly say that this man is thorough...he goes over everything and looks you in the eye and makes you understand there are risks and that he will do everything in his power to avoid complications, as of today which is 2 days from surgery for me...my experience would rate him the highest rating there is!!!

My first impression of Dr. Roller was a picture of complete confidence in his wisdom and his ability to perform any of the surgeries. I loved his bedside manner. He listened to my concerns, gave me info the read, left the room and let ME make the decision on my own as far as which surgery I would choose. I appreciated that. The staff has been amazing. They treated me with respect and were always responsive in answering any of my questions. If they didn't know the answer they would find it our and call me back. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about Dr. Roller or his staff. Their clinic is in Springdale, AR which is about an hour and a half from where I live. But, it was so worth it. They definitely emphasize after care, support groups, follow up visits with your doctor and staff and the nutritionists. They have a specific support group but since I work full time and I'm so far away I probably won't make it to that but boy do I find a lot of encouragement on this website. Actually while I was in the lab waiting room to have blood work done pre-op, a woman having the same surgery as me told me about this website that had helped her so much in making her decision. I'm so glad I talked with her. I have to say that Dr. Roller's surgical competence and his bedside manner are excellent and I don't believe I could have found anyone better. We discussed my past surgeries and possible scar tissue that could make the lapriscopic surgery take a little longer. But, Dr. Roller looked me in the eye and said, IF I can't do it, no one can. At that moment I felt totally at ease and felt confident that I was in the best hands I could be.

Dr. Roller and his staff are very nice and I believe they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Roller takes his own call so you don't have to deal with on-call doctors. This is a great thing in an area where weight loss surgery is so new. They are getting more patients every day which makes things a little hectic sometimes, but for the most part, no trouble. I hate that his affiliated hospital is NWMC, but that is for personal reasons. The wait time for scheduled appointments is excessive in my opinion. I have to take time off of work to go to my appointments and I am usually gone 2-3 hours for each appointment. However, my health is worth it and I am so glad he came to this area!

My first impression of Dr.Roller was that he is a very gentle soul with a great bedside manner. he was my husbands doctor and he was so sweet to him and very helpfull to me when i was trying to support my husband. My impression of Dr.Roller hasn't changed much except that i consider him a extremly great surgern. The office staff at Dr.Rollers office is very sweet and very fun! They always make me laugh and are very helpfull when i come in.rnThe only thing I don't really like is the newest nurse and maybe that is just cause i don't klnow her yet. Furture patients should know that if they are looking for a family friendly doctor office they have found one with Dr.Rollers office. Dr.Rollers aftercare program is unbeliveable they are with you every step of the way i only know this cause of my husbands surgery cause I haven't had mine yet. Dr.roller addresse the risk of surgery very serious. I would rate Dr.Roller a A+.
