I have been overweight all of my life. I had uncontrollable insulin dependent diadetes. Since having the lapband on November 23, 2005, I am reading normal blood sugar levels and have not needed to take any insulin. Dr. Goyal is excellent. He is kind, professional, and has great bedside manners. HaHAHA!!! However he does have high expectations of his staff members who in turn are excellent with his patients. He expects you to follow all of the giudelines for this procedure and if you don't.....watch out. He does not play. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been very happy since I had the surgery and if I had to do it all over again I would. May God bless Dr. Goyal. You are loved and I pray for you all the time. You do nice work!!!!!!HAHAHA!!!!

Before having surgery I was not very confident. I didn't like going place, I always felt tired, I had knee and ankle pain. My entire quality of life has improved. My surgeon is sooooo graet. He has made me feel important before and after surgery. he has changed my life drastically. He continues to assure me that there is more to come. I'm so glad that I came to see him.................I just wish I knew about him earlier.

I feel good about myself beacuse I am constantly losing weight. Dr. Goyal is very good.

I was 34 years old when Dr. Goyal operated on me and since then I have lost 127 pounds. Dr. Goyal is excellent. I had 100% faith in him the first day we met. I would recommend him to anyone. He has great follow up care and he hold support groups every month....and he attends every one.

I have been having difficulties with my weight loss. However dr. Goyal is very supportive and he is a good doctor.

Before my sugery I had really low self-esteem about myself. I felt like the fat girl. Now i feel sexy and think highly of myself. I think Dr. Goyal is nice and wonderful. He is the sweetest person you can ever meet and you can tell that he really cares.

I have been overweight most of my life, going on diets all the time. Losing weight and then gaining double the weight back. I had hit the scales at over 250 pounds when I was in my early 50's. In 1993 I had a heart attack, I had high blood pressure and was tired and irritable all the time. I had to do something. I work in a hospital as a nurse and I found out that a number of people I knew Had gastric bandings. (My husband had an open Gastric bypass 4 years ago but I did not want the bypass) I decided to get all the info I could on gastric bands. I attended numerous seminars and spoke with different doctors.....then I went to see Dr. Goyal and Dr. boulay. Everything went well , my insurance approved the surgery and before I knew it my OR date was 1/4/06. I did well with the surgery and I lost 8 pound in the first week. I have a new outlook on life and I plan on continuously losing weight and living a healthy life. Dr. Goyal and Dr. Boulay are to OUTSTANDING DOCTORS!!!!!! thet are extremely sociable and dedicated. I liked both of them the first time I met them. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING IMPRESSIONS!!!!! I thank Dr. Goyal, Dr. Boulay and his team of professionals for all of their help and guidance. I also want to thank the girls Robin and Lucy for all of their help. I learned one important thing. It is never too late to make decisions in your life......especially if they are for the best.
