He is a really wonderful person as well as a doctor. He was very comforting when i was upset and he even went out of his way to call me from his home. i have nothing but great things to say about him and the staff at New York Bariatrics. All of the people on their team, Dr. Weber, Dr. Homan, Dr. Goldstein, Lori Nevins, Inise Reda, and Jennifer Ort are wonderful people. I am SURE The aftercare will be great because my aunt will be my recovery nurse and she will make sure that i am comfortable. Dr. Weber has been there from the beginnign of my journey and i think that will remian the same after the surgery. I would rate him an 11 out of a 10.

Dr. Philip Weber is the most competent, caring, wonderful doctor who is a credit to his profession.

His bedside and office manner goes far beyond any other doctor that I have gone to.

The office staff and the Homan/Weber practice are true caring professionals.

I have no complaints about Dr. Weber. I liked everything about him.

If you want a caring, down to earth doctor who really feels what we are going through, Dr. Philip Weber is for you.

Dr. Weber's team is very envolved in our aftercare. There are weekly and monthly meetings with staff members and other patients as well as meetings with the dietitian.

Dr. Weber explains the entire surgery from
beginning to end and answers every questions until you feel comfortable.

I rate Dr.Philip 10 out of 10.

His surgical competence, and bedside manner are the best.

Dr. Philip Weber

He makes you feel so comfortable.

His office staff is just as nice as he is.

You should know that if you are going to him as your doctor your worries about meeting him were all for nothing.

He addressed all the pro and cons of the surgery.

So far I only know he is someone I can feel safe doing my surgery and he is a very nice person.

These are my personal views on how I feel about Dr. Weber. Other people may not feel the same as I do. I had a very comfortable consultation with Dr. Weber

When I first met Dr. Phillip Weber I was so nervous that my hands were actually sweating and he could see it all over my face. He pulled up a chair and sat beside and me told me to relax that everything would be fine and told me that he did not like treating his patients like patients that he felt more comfortable being friends that eased me a whole lot. Whenever I had a question/doubt he was there for me. He is extremely professional. He did become like my Angel the day of my surgery he assured me all would be fine if there was anything he could do for me to make me more comfortable. During my hospital stay (White Plains Hospital, White Plains, NY) I must tell you it has been the best hospital stay for me. The hospital was extremely clean, oh my god and the NURSES WERE EXCEPTIONAL (it was scary) I had never seen that anywhere else. My friends and family were so impressed also that I was glad that I chosen Dr. Webers office is also very professional I had a good experience with everyone. The aftercare structure they have is also very good. He was also very detailed oriented when discussing the surgery and he did not rush you through the appointment he wanted to make sure you were totally satisfied with all of the information that had been given and that you understood what was involved. I left there wanting to do the surgery. I will rate him 100% ge earned it. I will share my first post op appt which proved to me everything that I had thought he was. When i went in he checked me and questioned to see if felt ill or if i had questions etc... checked my insicions all was fine. Then he says lets weigh you I had lost 20lbs in One week well it was very exciting he actually hugged me and told me how proud he was of me. I told him I owed it to him and that he would always be my Angel.

I met with Dr. Philip Weber on February 14th. I was very impressed with Dr. Weber. He was very personable and put me at ease. He explained the procedure complete with drawings. He also went over the questionare that I had filled out previously asking additional questions. He gave me the information on what to do if I wanted to continue in the process. Which I do!!! I'll be making appointments with the dietian and the counslor and after I have those appointments I can call back to get a surgery date. My family is very supportive but cautious. Because of a hysterectomy for uterine cancer and follow up radiation, Dr. Weber will be consulting with my ongologist about the radiation since it may have caused damage to the intestines. This still would not count me out. It may have to be the open procedure rather than the lap. I'll know later. I'm feeling very good about my decision to go forward.

Dr. Weber is the LAP specialist in Dr. Homan's White Plains, New York office. The entire staff is commited to providing first rate service. The program is structure but not unduly so. Lifetime support is offered at no additional charge post-op. Three separate recovery groups meet several times a month -- one for "newbies" (3 mos. or less postop), one for ongoers (3-12 mos. postop) and one for longtimers (1 yr. +). Dr. Weber is quite experienced with the LAP technique having done hundreds. Both he and Dr. Homan made me feel at ease. I highly rate this practice.
