He is an amazing surgeon! Very caring, and great follow up. My starting weight was 322, and I am now currently 170 lbs.

My first impressions of Dr. Frank Felts was that he was easy to talk to about my concerns because I had plenty regarding the pros and cons of haveing the Lapband surger. Dr. Felts made my questions easy to ask and explained all to my understanding. It has been almost two years since I've had my surgery and the after care with Dr. Felts and his staff have been very encouraging and accomodating. I am given instruction on making the righ eating and drinking choices with my band along with an opportunity to meet with a support group to assist me on my journey. I know there is no perfect Dr. or staff but my experience with Dr. Frank Felts and his team has been all pleasant and positive.

Dr. Felts treated me with the utmost respect. If I had questions, he had answers. Even when I'm not doing the things I am supposed to (eating right and exercising) he doesn't beat me up over it. He just tells me I am my own worst enemy and gives me the guidance I need to get back on track. I would highly recommend Dr. Felts to anyone for the lap band surgery.

This man is amazing! I had my surgery in Dec of 07 and have been losing weight since. Dr. Felts is a kind individual and takes patient care to a new level. I recently had a minor complication with my band (over fill) and it was a holiday weekend. The surgery center was closed for 3 days. Dr. Felts interupted his holiday weekend, jumped through some pretty amazing hoops, and personally corrected the issue. Additionally, he called back several hours later just to see how I was feeling. When my wellbeing was on the line Dr. Frank Felts answered the call. I highly recommend both this proceedure and this surgeon. The lab band has positively changed my life and put me on the road to living longer and healthier. Dr. Felts has made my lab band experience invaluable.

Dr. Felts is the best doctor I have ever had.rnrnPatients knows: That Dr. Felts will be with you every step of the way. He cares about his patients and there well being. He wants you to succeed.rnrnAftercare: Dr. Felts believes in aftercare. I follow up with the Surgery center monthly and yearly with Dr. Felts unless I need him sooner.rnrnAftercare program: Yes, with the Surgery Center.rnrnRisk of Surgery: He explained everything in detail to me. I asked questions and I felt very informed when I left his office.rnrnOverall: Dr. Felts is a 10 in my book. He saved my life.rnrnCompetence vs bedside manner: Both are a must for me and Dr. Felts has them both!

Frank did a great job. He is a fine Christian man that puts his patients first. I would be glad to recommend him to anyone. In my opinion, I give him my highest rating.

My first impression of him was awesome. He is very kind and very through. I still have to same impression of him. His office staff is also very great. They are so kind and helpful. I dont think that there is anything that I would say I dislike about him or his staff. Feel at ease and dont be scared. He has great aftercare instuctions he gives you a few the day of surgery even. A booklet. I rate him and his staff on 1-10 a 15.. Both of his bedside manner and his surgical compentence are great. I would choose him and his staff again in a second.

Dr. Felts was the greatest!!!!! I would recomend him to anybody. He cares about you as a person not just another patient. He is the bomb!!!! :)

So far have only met the Office Staff. They are wonderful, very friendly and positive.

My first impression was very personable, great bedside manner! My imppression never changed. Office staff was friendly. I had problems with getting one of my forms and the office staff stayed on top of it until the received it. I really liked him. I would use him again, I would reccommend my friends and family to him. He wants me to be successful, he let me know the do's and don't and let me know this is a tool to reach my goal, not a fix all. They spoke with me after surgery, making sure a competent family member was there to listen to after care. They went over in detail and sent me home with written information. Yes, I asked several questions during my preop appointment, alot about risks. He answered all in detail. A 10+! BOTH! he had both.
