Dr. Ferzli is a very nice surgeon. He knew what he was talking about and made me feel comfortable. The program takes time and emphasizes aftercare. I support groups are helpful and I continue to come after surgery.
Dr. Ferzli was professional and to the point. My first impression was his commanding presence. I like the fact he talks to you and there is no levity. I wish there was more humor.
